proactively testing service at a company is a great way to predict satisfaction. contact the customer service team and give it a trial run. you will then have insight into the service you will receive should you ever need it.
The consumer market is so much more powerful since any individual can raise his experience and opinion to the mass. The Power of each individual. We used to learn as kids, that everyone should try to make a difference, even a small one, but then, it really felt sometimes pointless as it could feel that you are such a small voice in the entire society.
Now, a single voice can do so much, due to the huge exposure the Internet is giving to everyone. The words of mouth are stronger than ever.
With these blogs, it feels good to share while you are getting interesting comments, ideas which really make the group using them think and create more.
Funny you mention it. I was considering moving to another ISP provider and decided to call their customer support. After being placed on hold for over 15 minutes(!) I decided to stay with my current provider.
